ПРОБЛЕМНІ ПИТАННЯ В БІОХІМІЇ ФОТОСИНТЕЗУ

Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасних відомостей у галузі біохімічних механізмів фотосинтезу. Показано, що наші знання про ці процеси все ще неповні або обмежені. Це стосується процесу виділення кисню при фотосинтезі, асиміляції СО2, проявів С2-фотосинтезу. Відзначено, що сучасне тлумачення хеміосмоттичної теорії завершене не повністю. При цьому єдиний (за загальним визнанням) механізм утворення АТФ зумовлений різними режимами роботи електрон-транспортного ланцюга фотосинтезу, що позначаються як нециклічний, циклічний і псевдоциклічний транспорт електронів. Зроблено висновок, що в цілому численні і різноманітні результати дослідження фотосинтетичного процесу все ще недостатні для того, щоб оволодіти ними для використання в біотехнологічних цілях.
